What we collect

When you submit a contact or dealer-inquiry form, we collect the name, email, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and message content you provide. We also automatically collect standard web-server information (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

How we use it

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and route it to the appropriate regional team. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 90 days in our systems, after which they are automatically deleted. Dealer applications that progress to active accounts are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus the period required by applicable tax and commercial law (typically 7 years).

Third-party services

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We use Cloudflare Turnstile (an invisible CAPTCHA) to prevent form-submission abuse. No third-party advertising networks, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies are placed on this site.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for site functionality (such as form-submission security tokens). You will see a consent banner on first visit; accepting or rejecting does not affect your ability to use the site.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request its deletion, at any time. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
